The hotel offers spacious rooms with traditional Chinese tea cup and Laoshan tea, but the air conditioning only blows hot air, making sleep uncomfortable. The breakfast area lacks sufficient staffing, and cleanliness could be improved. The staff is friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice, the bed super comfortable, and they were extremely spacious, which is quite rare in Europe without breaking the bank. I even found a traditional Chinese tea cup and Laoshan tea waiting for me. The service, while convenient, could use some improvement in English communication skills, which was a bit frustrating for a high-level hotel. The location was great for my work in the Chengyang District of Qingdao, with plenty of nearby restaurants and amenities. The dining experience was awesome, especially for foreigners from western countries, with many choices available. Overall, a happy stay with great value for money, and I would recommend it to a friend.
